Students applying for the Preparation program will be tested for general age appropriate skills. No previous knowledge of English, reading, writing or math is required.

Students applying for 1^st grade, must be able to converse in English, read and write basic text, i.e. at least 3-letter words. In addition basic skills in math, including the concept and skills of addition and subtraction is required.

Students of grades 2-5 will have to pass an entrance test. Students are tested for fluency in the English language, Slovak language (if this is their mother tongue,) math and general knowledge. 

We offer afternoon English language courses during the academic year and daily courses during the summer. This is a requirement for students with insufficient fluency in  English.
